We Started
Initially, we were a tiny freelancer and micro agency comprising five individuals, including three family members and two family friends. Our primary aim was to offer embroidery digitizing services for commercial machines, as hiring a professional digitizer often imposed a heavy burden on the embroiderers' budget. The market showed remarkable responsiveness to our services, and it did not take long for all five of us to be swamped with an overwhelming amount of work.

Registration
When we officially registered our business with the local authorities, it marked our first moment of joy. Shortly after, we began hiring individuals on an apprenticeship basis, providing them with a three-month training period to enhance their skills. Once they have completed their training, they become part of our professional team. Our philosophy is based on the idea that a single candle can illuminate many others, which is why we have trained numerous professional digitizers to meet our high standards. This ensures that our customers receive the same level of quality that we maintain.
